Greetings

Thanks for suggestion. I think I have my bases covered on general health. I had my ApoB tested in Dec and it was 71 mg/dl which is ideal. Pulmonary function test was good. Echocardiogram was good. Testosterone still in 700s.

Whether standing up causes lightheadedness depends a lot. I had a little bit during PT today. I was doing shoulder therapy and was alternating sides on a PT table for about 10-15mins so I think that was enough but it lasted like 3-5 sec tops. I've never felt lightheaded if I get up in middle of night to use bathroom. Sometimes if I do a crouch/deepsquat in front of the oven checking on the meal, when I stand straight up, I get it for like 2-3 sec. Never had an issue while exercising.

I have Ehlers-danlos hypermobile type which can be a bit problematic. It affects the elasticity of collagen which is in the arterial walls.

I recall plugging into chatgpt and it suggested Vasovagal syncope, which is usually harmless.
I get the same effect when getting up. I thought it was just me getting older. I will try some of these suggestions

Mityvac and bundle arriving tomorrow (fire) I picked up a red light emitter a couple days ago and been using it for warmup and recovery. So far, just been alternating slow squashes and isolated compressions. Doing lots of kegels everyday and already feeling fuller.

Super! Make sure to include reverse kegels as well.

Congratulations you have a treasure trove of the equipment coming. Be sure to watch all the videos. You can to get the greatest understanding.

I'm a bit confused. I got a silicap 2 in my bundle. And I'm supposed to put this over erection before putting in pump. But how do I go back and forth between 5 mins of jelqing and 5 mins of pumping? That's seems very difficult since silicap should have no lube or oils so it has a good grip.

It doesn't go over you penis in pump. It goes over your glans when putting on the Sili stretcher or any vacuum extender device to protect the glans from blistering.

But that's what it says it's for.

Yes and no.

Yes, if the cap is looser based on the baseline (starting erected) glans measurement you've provided, and decide to go a bit crazy on the vac pressure (8 to 10 inHg). As your glans expands to nearly double the size, the cap restricts the skin form pealing off and create blisters.

No, if you're not taking the chance in going into the high vac pressure zone and stay around 5 to 8 inHg. 7 to 8 inHg is considered as moderate pressure, which forces your glans to expand into the 1.75x it's size already.

Be mindful that not everyone's glans can expand quickly without blistering or suffer micro fissures, even at 5 inHg. The cap is just for preventative measures.

The cap can be taken off and put on with ease after a bit for practice. I used to use it with my Doc Johnson pump, but I stopped after I practiced safety pressure expansion in mind.

Go light first until your glans can be observed to go higher each time. Start with 5inHg, then 6 inHg, and back to 5 inHg. Make sure to add more blood using stimulation for highest erection you can. This is the safe zone. Once you know it's good for the week, go to 6 inHg, then 7in Hg, then 5inHg. Same erection method. Kegel is a great too for this. If another week gone by without issues, enter into the moderate zone. 7inHg to start, 8inHg to further expand, down to 6inHg to keep expanding. 90 minutes of cock ring at 70% constriction with constant cycling of blood into the penis.

Thanks! I'm trying tonight first time mityvac and will start with 5Hg. I used bathmate before but no idea what the pressure was. I think compressed the bellows fully twice which may have been close to max. No discoloration or blisters. I don't recall my glans expanding disproportionately. Will let y'all know. This will be very experimental.

Awesome. My suggestion is to measure before and after pumping sessions using the SRT method (5x5x3). Log and log and log your expansion rate. The glans expansion is an indicator of your entire shaft expansion at 0.75 ratio as the glans is the most sensitive to ballooning. Do let us know of your intensity results and we'll come up with a game plan together. Your success is our success in the brotherhood.

Am I the only person that can't keep an erection after doing aggressive stretches? I was doing all direction holds, kegels, reverse kegels, then bundles in all directions as a warmup to loosen things up. Feeling pretty stretchy. And then.. I can't stay hard. Pretty sure this has happened before. Usually I do basic jelqs with kegels but those require lube and I didn't want to get lube on anything before putting on silicap2 and pumping. Coconut oil is the only lube I like for jelqing but it really has that staying power, even if I use a towel to try to wipe it all off. I wonder if I should come back in like 30 mins. The aggressive stretch with reverse kegel does something to me that really makes EQ terrible right after.

No, it's not only you. That means you hit fatigue load. When you perform aggressive stretches, you also cause fatigue to both the nerves and tissues. When that happens, it's hard to get an erection. That's why the brothers warn each other, especially newbies, not to have sex for a few hours until your nerves and tissues can readapt. It can take up to a day. Just rest in an ADS, wrap, traction device, or sleeve to prevent turtling.

Well damn. I've been doing slow squash and compression squeezes 5 of the last 7 days. I thought resting yesterday would be enough.

I think I bought a too small tube. I have to lube up and stuff skin near base into the tube before I can fully wrap the comfort sleeve around and make the seal. I got the 2 inch tube. I also notice that the pressure keeps dropping. I do a few pumps then shake it a little and kegel to settle things. Is it OK to keep pumping back to 5Hg? It definitely feels like it is building pressure. I am going past the 8.5 inch marker though not sure how accurate that is. Glans is not expanding much as far as I can tell. In fact, I'd say it seems smaller them my normal fully erection.

If there is a slow leak of pressure, yes, keep pumping it back up to 5 inHg. As long as the glans is acting as an indicator that the additional pressure you are using to get the vacuum back up is not a problem. Going past the 8in tube marker is a marker that the suction is spot on, pulling and tugging on your scrotum and inner penis up and up, including stretching the living daylight out of the penis shaft. Just make sure the residual pressure in the tube is dropping as well and not accumulative from your additional pumping. Not good if you're subjecting your glans to too high of a total pressure. This is where blisters will form.

Thought I was seeing things. I measured BPEL after pumping and was 9 inches. But MSEG still 5.5 inches.

The bottom half of shaft was smooshed against sides while pumping. Felt a bit uncomfortable. I wasn't using the silicap2 since I needed lube to get base in the tube. I'm not sure I know what 'fluid retention' looks like. I could see veins quite clearly.

So I can order just a bigger diameter tube? Length increased but that wasn't my goal.

To answer your question, fluid retention or buildup on the penis feels like loose flapping liquid rather than the rigid skin.

If you are getting that tight feeling, a larger tube is needed. If you're looking for girth and not length, that's what you're aiming for, wide open freedom to expand. For me, I select 0.5in to 0.75in larger diameter at a time. If you you're looking for more to grow, go for 1.25 to 1.5in wider in diameter to grow.

Oh! Nothing like that thankfully. Thanks for help. Guess I got a lot of things to work out.

That's what happens with PE.You need to figure out what works best in you're growth but also the time you spend getting to that point

I bought a 2.25 and 2.5 diameter tube. Hopefully with a wider tube, I'll expand more girthwise than length.

I pumped earlier today but used the silicap2 with no pump sleeve. Silicap2 was a pain to get on. But pumping with the silicap2 on was a different experience. I actually got a bit more head expansion somehow. Expansion overall was very even. I might use that from now on.
