A little over 6.5 standing up, 7ish if I suck it in! I recently measured my old side measuring way and busted the 8" mark. I could actually BP close to 8.5" from the side but it's kind of cheatie! :D Sorry, I can't quote any sources on that. You'll just have to believe me! :D
