Because when you push all the way in to the base, if its thicker it can give a nice surprise to the receiver ... some women like more a penis like that, and the man can feel it more. I myself just measure the middle, but yeah the base is thicker.

Perfect description! It is one of my favorite exercises because it feels so good, it’s enjoyable to do and I look forward to it. I think PE needs to be fun because if it becomes mundane and boring no one will stick with it.

I dont believe you will ever get the base anywhere near the vagina opening.
