Hey guys im back :D

I grew 1 cm in 1 month last year and since then I pretty much stopped gaining as I only did PE sporadically. A long vaccation fucked me over and I havent been so serious about it since but now I have enough time and passion to make serious gains :D

Just wanted to make this thread to keep me motivated and ask some questions.

Im going hardcore again but this time I will do hanging too. I did some hanging today for the first time and it was amazing.
I will combine hanging, manual PE, the bathmate, clamping and if time allows a bit of an extender :p

My questions guys are how much is the minimum time to hang in a week and what weight is considered enough to notice gains ? Should I do all sets in a row or spread them out through the day ?

Welcome back my brother. What type of hanging are you doing traditional hanging or vacuum hanging?

Traditional hanging. I think this might change PE for me as I have a really high errection angle with an upward curve so targeting the ligs with heave hanging might be a good idea. Correct me if Im wrong but the more stretched out the ligs become the lower your errection angle will be right ?

No especially not in my case because my logs are stretched out big time and my erection angle has never changed.

I suppose you could forcibly affect the angle should be lower if you do direct stretching against your angle and I also suppose you could forcibly increase the angle by stronger pelvic floor muscles.

Packing all the types of PE exercises together and doing them daily can be cumbersome. Maybe that's one reason why the routine is tough for you. If I were to be in your shoes, I will get myself a length master and use it consistently for 1 hour daily (20mins X 3). Use your bathmate for girth and I won't add clamping to it because the workload would become too much. You need to setup a routine that feels addictive to an extent. Use your favorite PE devices.
