from 22% bodyfat to 11%

This area needs some improvement, so I figured I would share my story. on April of this year, I went through a devastating break up, a 4+ year long relationship. I promised myself I would change my lifestyle and get back the old body I once had. I made very challenging goals for myself, and I am about 70% to my goal. My Diet and training are so addicting right now! Also, my manhood even got bigger because my fat pad is smaller!!! Attached are pix of my transformation arranged by coresponding dates.

actually, my ex and I are having dinner Thurs night. So she will see me LOL. Its been about 7 months. How did I do it - A very good nutrition program, and a great cardiovascular and weight training program. MY goal is 8% bodyfat, and I should be close by the new year I hope.
 
It was ok. But I had some anxiety after when I was driving home. I told her I had plans with my friend after to go to the gym so it gave me a reason to leave when I had to. She lost some weight, so shes down to like 105 lbs and looks pretty hot. She has her career goin now, so shes making really good $$$ Now i'm not sure if I should email/try to talk to her or just let it go since we have been broken up so long.
 
hey dude i know how it feels, but take some advice bro if its meant to be, let her come to you. and going to dinner with someone you use to be so close with can really get you on the same boat you were on when you had just broke up be careful bro. get out and fuck some new poon always makes me feel better
