You dont know how excited I am Dld!! Thank you so much! I know I haven't been a member of the forums for long, but I have been on the site reading posts and learning almost every day of 2012. I'm just not a very social person I guess. But let me just say that I have learned more from you, dld, and so many others on this forum than I have learned from any other pe forum. If it wasn't for your srt routine and all of your other great techniques and ideas, I would've gained next to nothing. And I did gain next to nothing until I came here. I really can't thank you enough for changing my life. Also would like to thank Red for all the info on clamping, and kingsnake for all the chemical info which has also really helped my progess.

Haven't gotten the PM yet though. Im patient though.
