Ok so i did about 2 months of reasonably hardcore work, at most .25 length gain and i think about that in girth, maybe a little less. Now I’m suddenly having more fluid build up, not in the whole thing but just small vessels around the base, they get hard and it’s not painful at all, more concerning. Little vessels get hard and I’m not sure if I’m supposed to just massage it out as best i can and work through it or if I’m supposed to take a few days off to “heal”. Any advice appreciated

What are you doing when this fluid is brought on? I need to know the answer to that to advocate for you.
 
Pumping. It first started i think doing ssj and or jelqing and the pumping exaggerates it
 
Yes! Although today i went a touch harder and did 5x5x5x3 just to see how it would go and it was fine and i gained about .25 temporary length, so I’m less worried about it at the moment. I’d still like to figure out handling it though if it’s a bad indicator

How is it going bro? Have you been able to stay consistent with your routine?
