What’s up family! Checking in again.. so I officially hit my first plateau and I’m so glad I ordered my LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging and it’s on the way today, bc my hands just don’t seem to apply enough tension while doing manuals.. I also got my first blister(s) from a vacuum ads that I have so of course for the first time in my P.E. Career, I’m forced to slow down.. I’m still doing manuals (bundled) for an hour each night, and ace wrapping thru the day, but damn this just isn’t enough for me.. I seriously love the SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory approach.. so I’m going to the SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger soon so I can fully implement SRT, and switch my manuals from night time, to the morning, then right into SS until night, then another stretch session.. I am confident my routine will get time from where I am now 6.1-2 nbp to 7 nbp before 2024.. that’s my goal atleast! And I’m looking forward to it!

Totally understand I too feel like hitting a Plateau been keeping progress logs and feel like I’m not getting any gains!

It is very hard to hit a plateau with the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging if you haven't gained up to 2.5 inches. Which device are you using?

Good to hear from you again brother. Now, I have to ask, where were you in the PE journey when you hit the plateau and what were your routines? I know we talked about hanging and SSJ with you in the past, so I can only get a glance and your possible routines. Let's prep you up and get you out of the plateau and into a new phase of growth.

My routine is 5 days on two days off
Hang three days a week for a hour and two days SSJ for a hour on the days I hang I’ll do 200 jelq with few horse squeezes my current measurements are 9.25 bpfl with 8.58 BpEL
And 5.25 girth but after a nice SSJ 6.0 erect girth measurements

Sounds like you're as active as ever with PE. I'm just assuming at this point in time, but you're not gaining length. I think I may have isolated the problem. However, girth wise, your potential growth is still there through horse squeezes and SSJ. I'm curious on a few things:
  • What is the pressure you're using for horse squeezes and SSJ. Jelq can only go so far, but the horse and SSJ got me thinking of the aggressive level you're putting that beefy stick under.
  • Hanging load for an hour. What is the weight load you're using? And by the way, is it static hanging or are you incorporting some form of additional exercises into it? An example is pendulum swinging, twisting/contortion/cranking while hanging. Or practically sitting/laying down while hanging at a specific angle (straight down)?
 
Feel like I’m using advanced pressure while squeezing but as far as hanging it’s 9 lbs straight down no other exercises while hanging
 
Also using up to 15-20 hg of vacuum but don’t want to use to much to get injured
 
Wow. You're practically in brother's @9.5inchpro tissue overconditioned territory. This is from my perspectives. Just hear me out first, and allow other vets to chime in as well.

Since you've been hanging continuous for so long, at static (stationary) weight, your penis literally mounted a defense against you growth. Why? You already inflicted tons of micro traumas at static (constantly) level 5 days in a row. Most don't understand that you don't need 9lbs of pure weight for an hour to get the gain. It only take 20 minutes to initiate the bond breakage follows by the long hours of keeping the broken bonds wide open for repairs. At this point your penis already cemented the gains to possibly 90%. Your tunica is hardened up and placed your penis into length preservation mode. The only thing you can do now is either to ease back to maintain, or go on a length vacation to allow the tunica to relax before hitting it again. The break can be a month to 6 month. Your choice. However, when you return, no more hanging. You have to go through a dynamic type of stretches and not static. It may have been discussed may times over, but to achieve optimal dynamic stretches, you have to use a fulcum base device. It can be a simple broom stick, or it can be the more advanced LengthMaster. There is an additional element you must add into the mix, which is the crank/contortional loading by twisting the penis. This breaks down the tissues laterally (sidewards) and not just longitudinally ( lengthwise). I haven't come across any other tools that can do this beside hanging while twisting. Even that method is not enough. I'm envisioning that at this point, you need to push past 15lbs of traction force for 30 seconds as high, reduce to 10lbs of moderate traction force as moderate, and low at 5lbs.

As for girth, you're still primed for expansion growth. But good grief brother, what's up with that crazy 15+ inHg of pressure. You're in black magic growth zone. Pretty dangerous territory. However, the girth can still be gained using the hose squeezes and SSJ with the pumping. For the pumping, you probably do a 10 minutes pumping with a 20 minutes of SSJ and horse squeezes, in combo with the regular jelqs. How about 3 minutes of pumping to 15inHg that you normally go up to first, follows by the 10 to 15 minutes of SSJ, horse squeezes. Then hit the pump again for the extra 3 minutes of higher pressure that you're at 20inHg, but go down after 30 seconds to 15inHg, then backup to 20inHg for 30 seconds in a cycle. Focus on the SSJ and horse squeezes again. If you want to keep going with the pumping and squeezing, go for as many sets as you want. End it all with the jelqs in place of the post restrictive pumping routines using a base wrap or a cock ring. If you want to maximize the girth expansion during repair, go for the post pumping routine. You'll see a sudden jump on the girth gains since there is a tell tale sign of your potential girth size.

I will definitely give this a shot and wait for a little while before I start length training again I as for girth I use 5 5 3 method sometimes I’ll add extra five minutes pumping I use a electronic pumping machine that measures vac pressure at the pump! Not sure how accurate it is but I can tell it works !

Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) is a great base routine. At this point, you definitely need to modify that routine to fit your needs. We're here for you. Make yourself a Routine and Progress personal page. What you need in terms of info and recommendation will be all collected under your own personal progress page with routines modified accordingly.


Your 5x5x3 is now a 3x30x3 probably. 3 minutes will be the pump. 20 minutes will be the SSJ and horse squeeze. All will be in 3 sets. You can even crank it up to 4 or 5 sets if you have the time. I'm suspecting that your tissues are so primed, adding a bit of cranks with completely rotation to each direction, hold for 2 minutes for each direction just before you pump, you can get some magical growth out of it.

I’ll add extra five minutes pumping I use a electronic pumping machine that measures vac pressure at the pump! Not sure how accurate it is but I can tell it works !
Most electronic pump, the mid and high end larger pumps, do have great sensors built in. The smaller one that goes over the pump cylinder, I have more hate than love for those mini pumps and built in sensors. They have so much errors that they have yet to convince me to touch them. 5% error is bad. 30% average error is horrid.

But do be mindful not to go too high. You have worked so hard to get this far, don't allow machine errors to mess it all up.

For the 3 minutes in the pump, yes, you must remain erected. For the 30 minutes doing horse squeeze or SSJ, no, you don't have to remain erected. As long as you can use kegel to get blood into your penis, you can do the horse squeeze and SSJ while you're flaccid. I don't remain erected while doing SSJ either. As long as I can get the volume of blood the same as when I'm erected, I'm good to go to do the squeezing.

Awesome. A program log is so important to track everything you do which leaves you open to plenty of good advice
