well. ive been getting steadily better the last few days. i thought. i was about to think the red light actually did something. My irritable spot was almost non existant. daytime size was fuller . arousal was up a little. feeling in the tip actually has never felt this good to date. it was like i was on the way to almost feeling what i remember to be normal. not quite, but man it was a huge step it felt like. all day today was pretty good as well. then i ate a candy bar on the way home. within 3 hours, i got all sensitive and irritated again. the glans feels tender. all my girth and length is gone again with no feeling to go with it.

so, a month or so back, i had a similar episode, and i put it together that i had ate a bunch of candy and soda that day. because i was a sodaholic. so i cut that all out. and now i just drink one or part of one when i wake up ,and thats it all day. that has been helping a lot. but today, i didnt pay attention, and drank some when i got home and had a candy bar. that has set me off again. so back to totally water again it is with no candy.

This is so frustrating. i actually thought i was healing.ive never felt quite that strong again yet till the past couple days. now its all gone again. so, now my brain is screwing with me again. making me confused as to if ill ever heal any more past this, or if im just gonna feel semi ok till i end up eating some sugar again. it just feels like if this is going somewhere, its gonna be a very long time before it does now . if ever. and when it does, ive gotta tackle the mental part to really get over it. wow, this has screwed me up so royally...
 
Interesting. High sugar and chocolate I presume? Can you offer more info on the soda + candy you ate? We may hit something without knowing

Red light therapy may be a hit. Keep at it. The more you use to reach the dosage of 35 J/cm^2 for the penis, covering both the top ans bottom equally, the better.

If you are using the MOS Red, do confirm. If with other unit, provide the make and model so we can assist in calculating the time needed.

Now, same question applies when you drink sodas in the past. Does this occur also occur when you drink diet versions of the sodas? If you haven't, don't start. The diet versions are chemically sweeten that toxic to your system as they are bioaccumulative. No matter the amount of flushing with water will help.
 
Your Hooga H200 (200W) is actually much lower in specs due to the LEDs being used. The irradiance level for the LEDs used is only 54 mW/cm^2. In reality, this is good as 54 mW/cm^2 is all you need for a focused area. 11 minutes or so will achieve that 35 J/cm^2 dosage you're looking for. You don't have to worry about the 6in away, and go as close as 4in. But due to RF radiation warning closure than 4in, don't go closer than that. Don't go further than 6in either.

My suggestion is 6 minutes for the top side of your penis, and 6 minutes for the bottom side. From there, increase or one more minute per each side after a week. Continue to add a minute after each week.

Total time should not exceed 16 minutes total. This pushes your dosage load onto your groin at 50 J/cm^2, which is still in tolerable limit. Every time you go up a minute, do monitor for your skin's sensitivity to the light, such as overheating, skin burning (like a light sunburn). If you have a light sunburn like sensitivity in anyway way, back off to the previous time amount.
 
i never drink diet anything. basically water and juice now. i used to drink a 2 liter a day. but now im down to a few ounces at wakeup.

This is anecdote, but what I read about you description, you may be dealing with nerve issues. This reminds me of one of my friend who had vasectomy, and it went wrong, causing nerve damage that resulted in symptoms you are describing. Take time of, and let it heal. If you are beginner, start mildly. I have tendency to over do things, but best indicator for me is erection quality and turtling. If EQ gets too low, and flaccid is not hanging, or dick doesn't keep nice swollen state, its time to heal, rest, and get occasional blood in / blood out. It takes time to adapt tissue to harder training. Too much in the beginning will result in trauma. If problem doesn't go away, turn to doctor... It is always possible that something else is going on with your body.
 
@notmeanymore a few more questions, on behalf of those who do researches in the background go figure out hidden issues:
  • Can you estimate the amount of sugar and salt you consume daily (in grams if you can)?
  • What level of potassium and magnesium you're consuming daily.
  • What level of sweat do you lose daily from activities or during workout during days at the gym/home equipment?
  • Do you have cheat days where you consume higher level of oils/lipids, sugars (wines/beers) and salt (snacks)?
Sorry. One of the colleagues is pulling up some heavy charting info similar to your case. As brother @Infected Mushroom indicated, nerve damage is suspected. But sudden EQ issues is also being looked at from fresher perspectives.

yes. i suspect nerve damage as well. its slowly killing me. i know theres nothing i can do, and its so hard to make it through the bad days. ive quit everything ive ever done. beer, eating. all of it. im gluten free already anyway, so that helps. im now cutting sugar out as much as i possibly can. cause i cant take anymore of yesterday. im just extremely worried my nerves are stuck where im at now, and i cant get out of it. my mind isnt dealing very well with that. i just want my old life back. not being comfortable EVERY day ALL day, is something you cant even imagine. its literal hell on earth. i really dont know how im still here.
 
It takes time for netve damage to repair itself. You making some smart decisions to help you heal. Most importantly keep your spirits high and avoid depression. I promise your will be đź’Ż % in time
 
yes. i suspect nerve damage as well. its slowly killing me. i know theres nothing i can do, and its so hard to make it through the bad days. ive quit everything ive ever done. beer, eating. all of it. im gluten free already anyway, so that helps. im now cutting sugar out as much as i possibly can. cause i cant take anymore of yesterday. im just extremely worried my nerves are stuck where im at now, and i cant get out of it. my mind isnt dealing very well with that. i just want my old life back. not being comfortable EVERY day ALL day, is something you cant even imagine. its literal hell on earth. i really dont know how im still here.
I recommend listening to that heal faster podcast that I posted for you. The section in the podcast that talks about mindset is very powerful especially in regards to healing.

this is 100% THE hardest thing ive ever tried to go through. im trying my hardest to keep my mind calm. but every few days reality hits me hard,and then my mind goes crazy till i can calm back down. what really sucks is when i feel like things are starting to progress and then it all comes crashing back down on me. the only way i can begin to think im healing is to think back a couple months, or even 6 months ago . then i realize how bad it was then,and that i actually am better than i was. but still yet, theres SO SO much farther to go just to get back to normal, if even possible.
