If you don't believe that excessive and or frequent ejaculation will burn out your neuro-endocrine system and want to challenge opinion versus fact, how bout you try to jack yourself off once per hour, every day for 3 months and continue your Penis Enlargement workouts.

OK, lets be realistic...I'll only expect you to jack off 4 times a day for three months straight before coming back with your results.

agreed, orgasm is like a drug in a lot of ways over use it and you'll have trouble. Remember sex starts in the mind.
 
If you plan on just practicing various stretches afterwards, I wouldn't worry about it. For jelqing and edging, I would avoid popping until I finished my session. Try to separate masturbation from your P.E. routine if possible.

I may have been a bit harsh in my above posts...I was in a mood that day.

A few years back, I had a little competition with a guy I worked with to see who could jack off the most times in one night after work before going to bed. We relied on the honour system. I won with a count of seven times over about 5 hours. I swear it took weeks to get my sexual energy back.

Overall the effect is negative but one must also consider the diet, exercise, other environmental factors such as pollutants, genetics and age, in each case. Diet, exercise and age are the most important. The older you are the more dramatic of an impact ejaculation will have on your body overall and this includes gains. Do not under estimate the effect it has. Your bodies sole purpose is basically to reproduce. To have kids, raise them and die. Ejaculation has the power to create life, do not be foolish enough to assume that this power is unlimited or that it is free.

That being said the bulk negative hormonal effect occurs only when you completely ejaculate so if you're edging or something and you start to ejaculate but stop before you finish it will minimize the damage. Still, don't make a habit out of it.
 
I've been wacking the unit a lot this week ( three times so far ) and even Penis Enlargement'd after on some occasions. Never really bothered me, but I like edging and waiting it out better.
 
I have to blow my load at least once during the day!! If I don't I have trouble with my length workout throughout the day and my girth workout at nite!! From the last time I measured I've gain right at a inch of length since I started Penis Enlargementing so I would say that bust a nut doesn't effect your Penis Enlargement!
