doubt?

I did erect hanging for 1 month with 1 pound , its fantastic. Now im working on girth using a tight large silicone sleeve from base to preputial scar filling the entire shaft with blood just like jelquing without days off i do it for sets of 15-20mins and 5-8 mins breaks to restore blood flow , i do like 6 sets per nite , sometiemes 9 when im horny.

All of these techniques have some risk. It's all about educating yourself to minimize risk. :)

dld is dangerous to hang and make use of pump for girth

I'm not DLD, but I will chime in.

Its not dangerous if you educate yourself, as Stillwantmore2 posted above, this will minimize the chance of injury.

Hanging done correctly is very safe, and we have an excellent hanging section here
You don't do it while erect, but while flaccid. Those who do it erect are not adhering to the traditional tried, tested, and proven works of hanging.

Erect hanging is best left to those who wish to take risks, experiment etc but we don't recommend it here.

Girth work with a pump is useful, and can translate over to permanent gains. We got a good bathmate forum here.

I've missed it aswell, but its always been more then penis enlargement here to me. We have sections on everything, so in the weeks ahead I will post across the whole spectrum in the forums.

Looking forward to that; I've seen few posts already and it's truly great having you back RED!

Staying at the question, with patience and time the exercises presented on MoS are quite safe.
It's always about starting slow and building up the intensity; you wouldn't go lifting the heaviest weight at the gym on your first day, right? And if you would, probability of injury is high.
So, ease up to a schedule of workouts and add up intensity as you go.

You are a legend! And well deserved one
