Once I learned about SRT I quit wearing boxers. I wrap to stay elongated after my length sessions but I’m worried if sleeping on my stomach at night suppresses my gains since there’s no room for it, kind of like when wearing tight boxers? I’ve tried sleeping on my back but I just can’t

Don't worry about it.
Staying elongated during the day are enough. Let the penis rest/be free during the night.
 
I toss and turn as well. Rather than wrapping, I used a less cumbersome method by sliding on the looser fitting sleeve extending from the base all the way to base of the glans. Since I'm uncircumcised, I have my foreskin covers my glans, and use a bit of medical tape to keep the sleeve in place below the glans using half the width of the medical tape. The loose sleeve is gentle enough not to constrict any blood flow, not weak enough to prevent the shaft from turtling, and flexible enough to allow laying on the stomach or being crushed by the thighs of the loved one next to you during cuddling. I have to adopt this method because the ADS at night scratches my partner. It will allow gentle assistance while you rest if you worry about extended wear.

I have never been able to sleep on my stomach always on my side and now of them having severe arthritis problems. I have the kind of push myself to sleep on my stomach. Or else I'm in extreme pain.

Funny how you mention about sleeping on the sides for too long. I'm not a stomach sleeper and always sleeps on either side for too long, with occasional belly sleeping to keep my back cool, and flip back to keep my belly cool. Too much pressures on a too stiff or too soft bed can develop long term pressure point issues, which leads to arthritis. I feel your pain brother. My right wrist (damaged from martial arts) and left arm are suffering similar. I use my wife as pillow to rest 45% of my stomach on, while 55% the remaining stomach is on the bed to prevent acid reflux (acid pushing up into your throat from compressed stomach). Very uncomfortable feeling. I use a memory foam pillow to assist with comfort and pain reduction during hot days when my wife feels like a freaking oven while cuddling. Something to think about. The red light therapy also helps quite a bit in reducing overall pains from arthritis as well. Might was to use MOS Red a bit more extensively. Not sure how high of the NIR spectrum MOS Red goes up to beside the 850 nm, but my BioMax 900 goes toward 1100 nm. The inflammation and arthritis is around 840 nm to 930 nm using NIR+ for deep tissue inflammation control.

Since I'm currently off it to do trial test without the red light therapy, I can feel the difference within two weeks. Longer soreness and phantom pains from arthritis returned. Still have one more month to go before I can use the red light again.

Thanks for your support. The thing is, I'm getting old and my body's just not what it used to be. So I have to deal with this pain because there's no solution. I appreciate your advice and as soon as I can. Afford a memory pillow. I will get one cause. This problem will help since the pillow I have is old and flat.

This is why the Asians have more supportive type of equipments and aids for sleeping than their own beauty types. Try to get better support for your rest when you can.

I want to sleep on the floor, but I think I need a Futon for this. Soft adresses are not good for you. There is no support or relaxation for the back.
