Hi guys,

Just thought I’d share. The last 4-5 weeks has been the longest and most consistent I’ve ever been in my pe journey (last 10-15 years)I’m purely working on length first until I’m satisfied before I work with girth.

I started with a BPEL of about 16cm
EL - about 14.8/15cm
EG is only 4.8inches

Last night I measured 17.25cm BPEL
EL - 15.5cm

Goal is 7inches EL or 17.5cm

Routine is simply -

hot shower for 5-10mins wrap my penis with a hot cloth,

2x 25min hanging sets BTC with 11lbs which I’m now at 16lbs.

then I extend in the Phallosan extender or silistretcher for 2-3 hrs. More if I can but I’m up at 4am and I really struggle to sleep with it on.

2 things to note. I wear a silicone sleeve constantly. Sleep, work, gym everywhere.

it’s gotta stay on 24/7.

One bad thing. My partner knows I do PE. She does not know I hang weights off my cock haha. So on fridays I hang early before she comes over and I have to skip hanging sat and Sunday. Yes I have thought about doing manual on the wknds instead, but we are smashing all weekend and my dicks exhausted.

Does anyone think hitting my length goal by June is possible?

Congratulations. At the speed you are going you can definitely reach your goal
 
What’s good @Wetdream666 ! Welcome home! Way to stay consistent btw! That’s the only way we gain! I too am on the chase for length.. why not get a length master for active p.e. That way you can maintain your time efficiency, then wear your SS the rest of the day? Full SRT u know? I started out hanging and it did nothing for me after about 3 months.. my gains only came from an SRT approach.. if extending I’d suggest more hours in that as well.. oh and I no longer try to do length work overnight.. it’s just too hard (pun intended) with night erections.. but good luck with that! Im trying to follow very similar to the SRT as I just ordered a mitivac. It’s on the way.

I hang using the length master. So I’m home about 3pm every day. Usually done hanging by 4-4:30 then I try to extend as long as possible before bed which is about 9pm. But inanother post I talk about this pain im experiencing while extending lately which turns out the sleeve is prob too small/tight. It’s pressing against the cap and causing extreme pain after an hr or so.

Anyway yeh I should easily be able to up my time to 4hrs extending.
