DLD wassup with Plyometric Blasters?

DLD what are your experiences with plyometric blasters?
I read the thread where you explained the therory behind them and the actual excercise itself. I tried them immediately and damn those mvfuckaz hurt. So,lets have a discussion about plyometric blasters.

I have not fucked with Plymetrics in a while but I am always interested in discussing theory. What questions did you have?
