Good day , I need some advice on wearing an ads with the vacum in the safest way. I got a slight bruise and corn from first time wearing it. There's no pain around the area though.

A quarter to half a turn should be all it takes to get a good hold on your glans. Also, try to eliminate as much vacant space in the bell cup as possible. Meaning, the inside of the screw should be as close to the entrance of the bell to where just your glans fits in. When you roll down the sleeve that is really what creates the main hold, and then the small reverse turn creates a good measure of vacuum keeping it all secure.
It will take some getting used to, and I would say start slow with wearing for an hour at a time and then checking and resetting if you think you can go for more. After a couple weeks, you will be able to work up to wearing it all day and only having to take it off for bathroom breaks.
As brother @ManPlan86 said, your pressure is way too high during heavy movement. High vacuum pressure and movements push the pressure to be even higher. 1/3 to 1/2 twist is more than enough. Just make sure the glans is deep inside the cup. If it tends to slip out because you bend and stretches the cup, use double sleeves to prevent over stretching and movements. This is why the SiliSleevs have various thickness to combat this issues. 8mm to 10mm is the right choice for generics. At times, I use double 8mm to prevent slippage and stretching durability.
