Core Pumping for impressive gains!

I hung for 30 - 45 minutes before any pump session, Climbed in the pump did my core pumping routine for an hour. Had marathons over the weekend at times. No manuals, or other exercises. Just my length and core pump routine.

This is impressive. How long did it take you before you gained 1 inch in girth?

Took me a year based on previous post is when I started. Just followed the core pumping routine, went up another cylinder whenever I packed one consistently for a short period of time. Started in 1.75 ended up in a 2.25. No jelqs, clamping etc.

Thanks! Didn't gain much on length however. I think. I should have used an ADS more often after hanging. Maybe even slept with one

I've been focusing on length for a very long time. I want to get to 9 BPEL by all means before placing all my focus on girth. But something in my mind is telling me to do bundled length exercises right before every pumping session everyday.
 
Actually I gained an inch of girth from the core pumping routine I explained. That was a while ago I posted this. I had NO problem sticking with the routine. Keep in mind I also work remote. SO yeah, I got results! Thanks.
Where did you post your routine? I tried to search for it in your profile and didnt see it.
 
How should the program be for this pump method. I have 2 tubes 2.25 and 2.5. first packing 2.5 at 7 hg and then lower at 2.5. Should I stay longer at 5 hg?

Prelude99 has developed his dick really huge by pumping so any advice from his shall be taken seriously. Actually this thread gave me something new to think, I've never yet prolonged the last set with a full pack and low Hg's. I will give it a test and report.

I discovered a pumping method from a member who occupies another forum. His name is Prelude99.

Prelude’s interesting yet rather practical approach to pumping is called “core pumping”, or ‘overpacking’, For those not in the know. A brief summary:

“This type of pumping focuses on the core of your cock, the internal chambers versus the skin layer. Once a tube is full with only cock and you stay in the tube for length is what most people would refer to it as but in reality the interior of their cock is what experiences the stress and makes your entire cock bigger. This will also remove much of the skin layers fluid build up due to core expansion forcing the fluid out of the skin layer. Giving you a large uniform cock.

…Essentially pack the tube fully and stay in it at a slightly lower pressure than what you were at consistently during your session. Remain in the tube for half or just as long as your session. Be attentive to how this feels and be aware of stress on the head. You don't want to blister.”

Has anyone incorporated the concept of core pumping into their routine? If so, have you acquired permanent measurable gains, and over what time period?
Do/Did you use multiple tube sizes?

FYI I plan on incorporating a heating pad into my routine, as well as a hanging/stretching exercises.
I also have an arsenal of MOS items: MOS red (I plan to use after pump sessions), 3 cylinders 1.75, 2.0, 2.125, 2.25, Silistretcher, cock rings.

Any advice or insights, feel free to provide. Thanks!
Guys I can't stress this enough, BE CAREFUL! Don't use too much pressure. Time is more important than pressure as the goal is to produce as little edema as possible, whilst stressing the internal penis. THIS IS NOT FOR NEWBIES!

I have four tubes of various sizes. I prefer a routine where I use the skinnier 2. Oh tube for 10 minutes at 10 pressure. I take breaks during that 10 minutes for reverse jelqing during the session. After a 30 minute break I put on the larger tubes and do another 10 with a silicone cock ring. I don't think this is a approved method but I like using a hot tub with the hot water in the tube and air at the top with my matter of size penis pump. All the tubes I've gotten from a matter of size. I would have preferred a 2.125 by 12 but they sent me a 2.225. I appreciated the compliment but I think it's just a little too big. I have to put a cock ring on my nuts to keep them from getting sucked up. But inside the hot tub with the water all around in my shaft it does feel nice. I am going for length because I'm trying to restore my size back to original of nine. I'm more than 2/3 of my journey there. The girth gains is just something I've enjoyed. I'm currently over six. It seems to give maximum pleasure during intimacy to be thicker. But it hurts my pride not to be as long as I used to have been. It just seems short for my person. I understand my numbers are off the chart compared to most others but I don't compare myself did anyone other than myself. Anyway I would like to recommend variable pumping it seem to give me a half inch during the last 6 months when I thought I had stalled. A multiple tubes also allow me to work on both length and girth while continuing to stretch. I've noticed that my size my length size that is Will always be the same no matter what tube I'm using it's just that the pressure is different in different ways and you feel it differently as it pulls. But the overall results is I'm still at 20 cm or just a little over or under depending on the day.

I think I have accidentally used this method in the Bathmate hydromax 5.
First pumping with Bathmate HydroXtreme 7 wide boy, and then going to the Bathmate hydromax 5. But I didn't know it was beneficial.

Very interesting. I didn't know this existed, and that it could be beneficial to fill up the pump with your penis, and let it press against the wall of the pump. But it makes sense. Thanks for sharing this.
 
Anyone that has tried this method.. do you have like a dull pain like as if you did hard core stretching the day before?
 
I have a tube that I pack full. But it's losing suction. Is this fixable? Or am I too big for it?
