You can find a cheap laptop on ebay, or any other site. The Lenovo T410 (~100 USD) is a good model, even if it's 11 years old. Just throw in a SSD and little bit of more RAM- memory and it feels like new (feels faster).
Changing your current laptops operating system to Ubuntu Linux may also help. Linux is much faster then Windows. Ubuntu is free to download/install.

Do you not need to consult the production company first? I don't know the rules here at MOS, but maybe it's good to keep it legal here. Should ask @DLD first, before sharing this?

Check: xxxbunker.com or just google penis enlargement exercise videos and don't click on the ALL section, rather click on the videos button and DLD'S exercise video{s} pop up in a few different site's you need to sign up or register with xxxbunker to download the video
