I bought them with other things that I ordered a few weeks ago.
But I know what's the purpose of these in PE and how to use them.

I tried wearing the bigger one, I guess that's 20mm when I was masturbating today. The dick got too hard and I'm afraid if it might cause any blood clot or something, so took it off quickly.

I saw the cock rings on the shop page, so I bought Durorings and Silirings assuming they'll be used in PE journey.

My question is, how and when I can use them? What's the purpose?

I got you. They are used after you have trained girth to keep yourself in a expanded state as you heal. after you have finished your girth work your penis will be expanded so you want to hold that expansion for a couple hours so you heal at that size. I recommend wearing it for two hours after your work.

I don't know if they're too tight on me, but I was using the largest rings, yet it feels tight on me, I see the nerves and feels as it gonna explode.
and also hurting a little and discomfort after that(that's what scaring me) somewhere inside my penis, I don't know the exact terms to use.

You must have huge girth that these rings are too tight, I have never heard anyone complain about that. You may be better off going to Home Depot or someplace like that and go to the plumbing department and pick up rubber O-rings. These come in a huge variety of sizes that you can use as a cock ring. You can also use goody no tangle hair bands which can be used as a cock ring and they are adjustable depending on how many times you wrap your penis in the band

You may have to go Grainger if Home Depot doesn't make them large enough!!
 
Anyone have success using glans rings? It’s a cock ring that you put on your shaft that sits just under the corona of the penis head.
