Chance Extender Refund Blues

Hi Folks,

Back in late June (05) I ordered a Chance Extender. About a month or so later, Chance decided he couldn't ship to the UK (where I am) and agreed to give me a refund ($61). I have still not had the refund, and now he's not even answering my private messages about this. Anyone else having this problem? I know it's not a huge amount of money, but I'm one of those people for whom principles are still important, and I'd like my money back. Can anyone help?!

if you've got any details (order #, etc) just let paypal know, they help you out
 
I dont think it needs to go straight to paypal and getting dld into trouble, because paypal will than investigate things when infact its nothing that serious, i.e fraud for example.

Sean, like I said PM me ASAP with the details and I will forward you to my email addy so you can send me your paypal receit and I will get dld to sort it for you.

Its better to resolve things first, between yourself and the seller.
In this case its Chance makeing them, but dld deals with the cash so he's the seller.

If you dont find a resolution THAN contact paypal.
 
I have the same problem. I have written numerous requests for a refund and have had assurance after assurance that it would be taken care of, but after 3 months, I still have not received a refund.
 
I did not refuse to ship the extender. I actually made the extender and shipped the thing. You just never received it. I had so much trouble shipping these things across the ocean that I decided to just refund your money. And I still intend to do just that. Once again, I am sorry about the situation and I am going to refund the money. Just bare with me. It is the only thing I know to do. For future reference I will not be making any more. Thanks for the opportunity and sorry I could not deliver.

P.S. This is the only extender that I have received money from DLD for and not delivered. If anyone else ordered and did not receive their extender talk to DLD because I did not receive the money. Sorry.
 
If you've ever been in a tight financial position you should understand.
 
I have forwarded two members details onto the boss, and I got word that sean has now been refunded.

RedZulu - I received notice this morning that my credit card had been credited with the refund. Thank you for making it happen.

All sorted now, no worries.

I didn't realise you had shipped the extender. I've had a few things from the US never reach me here. I guess a postal worker somewhere decided he needed the length more than me.:)
