Alright, so this could be a great strategy for all the guys who want to have the feeling of having a big bulge without actually having one or a noticeable/viewable one from their current flaccid size.

You start at the base and then wrap to your glans and back to the mid.

Yes I believe you're doing this for yourself and to improve yourself, that's what we're all doing here.

But if you just wanted to get better penile health what you have stated and said multiple times all across the forum, you could have just done kegels and increasing pelvic floor muscles, instead of stretching, pumping, clamping & hanging for multiple hours a day.

What's penile health for you and how do the intense exercises improve it? I'm thankful if you'd do explain :)

In my opinion the more intense the exercises, the more we're using our body to enlarge it in an unnatural way (not like working out like with our muscles), so we're stretching the ligaments, arteries, skin (stretching) and we're trying to expand it way above the natural way (pumping, clamping, ulis, squeezing).
This definitely has its effect on the penis.
We may see it as benefits - looser hanging flaccid penis, a little less feeling on the skin/glans (great for having more stamina), discoloration, stretch marks and so on.
As said, exercises like kegels, pelvic floor muscle training and light pumping is even recommend by doctors to improve EQ and to maybe cure ED.

I haven't thought about vascularity and more blood flow as reason for penile health. My mistake here!
I'd still categorize it between health and physical appearance, but you're correct bro :)

Well if you're depressed, that's why the forum is also here, not only for PE. Trying to improve ourselves in multiple areas of life and getting the best version of ourselves (fire)
But as I've got to know you a little bit in the last few weeks you're a strong mind, have a great attitude and are a fcking big idol for lots of members here with what you're doing PE-wise and pushing through life, even when life wants to hold you down!

Nobody needs to hide, I just also don't like to be bashed in every single thread which I'm mostly creating to help others, threads which could give people a self-confidence boost and be helpful for them when they're not feeling well in life LOL
Just think about somebody who's depressed about penis size, finds out about PE, finds this bulge thread, tries it, notices views of girls and then his inner fires enlightens and he starts doing PE + gains great self-confidence.

All have other motivational reasons, some do PE for penile health, others for improving themselves because it won't be a disadvantage and others just to gain self-confidence as they're not happy with their current size. We should accept all point of views here :)


As said, we're a brotherhood here, and in my opinion it's the best one out of all pe-forums + the members here are freaking awesome! We all have different personalities but that's life and it's good like that. As said I don't wanted to hurt anybody or make them feel bad, I just wanted to understand as I couldn't before, but now I did :)

So let's all keep pushing and have some fun here while growing our dicks + improving health & improving ourselves (flex)

I can only speak from personal experience, (and what the steps were subconscious that led me to find MOS), and can attest that my gains, (from my humble beginnings) have contributed to a multitude of positive outcomes (some big, some small, some on-going). I can't attribute any of this to coincidence since the only appreciable change in my life/lifestyle, is an increase in size.
Just a few things I've noticed:
My GF (who has no idea of my PE endeavors) continuously pursues me for sex...and her attraction seems in direct proportion to my gains
Female co-workers started to openly flirt/tease/play
Women in public, (grocery stores, dog walks, peripheral work affiliates) engage in conversation
...and oddly, I'm actually making more money (go figure, lol)

Just my experience...so far
