Black seed or Leach oil?

Black seed oil, as in Nigella Sativa, for the win! Considering availability at least. Leech oil is pretty cool if you can get it and don't mind waiting.

Other thing to consider is hirudin creams / gels. But black seed oil is good stuff, I've mainly used it externally so far.
I did use leech oil a longer time ago and I can vouch for it. But it is somewhat expensive. Not that Nigella Sativa is cheap but it's more affordable.
