Best Routines for length

Hi im a newbie and wanted to add more in length im at 7.5" and im 18 years old and wanted for somebody to give me a good routine for length with good explaing because im new. I have ordered MOS online what happens next do I have to wait for a email or what I give them the wrong post/zip code how can I get in contact to give them my real one thanks.
