I have a couple of questions if you get the time to answer I would greatly appreciate it.
I did some PE a few years ago which was the stretching part of your newbie routine and it gave me 0.7" length which was really good. I stopped for a long time but maintained most of it, Now I want to get serious about gaining both length and girth.
I started doing some "side to side" stretches and jelqing recently but I found that my grip often slips with these stretches due to having particularly thin glans, I find static stretching in an outward / down direction is a lot easier for me and they feel great. I found out about the "tension stretch" where you spend 10 seconds slowly stretching out & down while slowly leaning back, and then spend a further 10 seconds holding the max position. I tried this and it felt awesome, my instinct tells me it will be great for my length
I want to buy a bathmate and do the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) routine along with this stretch (starting with low reps and slowly adding more every week up to 100) Does this seem like a decent idea? After a few months of getting more conditioned I could replace the jelqing portion of the girth work for SSJ (which I tried last night after reading your thread about it, and felt incredible) but I know it's probably too advanced for me. Sorry for such a long post!
