Hey guys, so since getting into my late 20's I've noticed my libido has dropped and as a result my EQ isn't that great either. I work out (usually heavy lifting/strength training type stuff) about 3-4 times a week, my diet isn't terrible (I eat mainly meats, veggies, and grains) although I do enjoy fast food once or twice a week, and I take maca and l-arginine for supplements. Despite all this sometimes I don't even wake up with morning wood and my EQ usually stays around 85% I'd say. I will say that it probably has a lot to do with the shift I work. I work nights 7:30pm to 6 am and 40-50 hours a week. Any tips or suggestions?
 
It doesn't matter if you're in your teens, 20s, 30s, 40s, or 90s. When your brain and body works through graveyard hours that meant for rest, your body does take a massive toll on something. Your body has been programmed at a cellular level to rest during night phases and active during phases. You're forcing your body to go against its natural foundation. Over time, our bodies can adapt to it. However, it takes over thousands of years and hundreds of generations to evolve with that kind of adaptation. With that said, we can hijack our bodies to do things for a short period of time, but we may be paying the prices later.

Since you're working graveyard hours, you need to isolate your room to full darkness to trick your body and brain that you're actually resting based on the instinctive cycle. White noises can help to drown out activities that trigger your body to get up. There are studies of senses-isolation (which I happened to be an experimental subject in the past) to further shut down your system for optimal rest as well. You can sleep on a water bed to create that isolation feeling, or literally sleep in an isolation tank. This has the greatest reboot and reset within 4 hours. It's a very weird feeling. Japan uses sleep pods to induce this senses-isolation and hyper rejuvenate the body and mind. You might want to research this for yourself.

Good that you're using supplements and stay in a healthy diet. You might want to boost your nitric oxide level up just by extra gram a day (3 to 4 grams in the morning and 3 to 4 grams 2 hours before bed time). L-citrulline malate is good, but also add it to HMB and electrolyte mix. Ratio for HMB is around 3 grams (1.5g per drink), if you don't take calcium or other supplements containing Vit D3, add 2,500IU to the mix, and electrolyte not to pass more than 3,200mg of potassium a day. You may also want to add Hawthorne berry and bark extract into the mix. This is great to synergize with the l-citrulline, Vit D3, and HMB to boost your libido loading as needed.

EQ will need to be stimulated as well. Moderate jelqing routine for your PE journey to dynamic pumping session lasting no more than 15 minutes. You're literally hijacking your body against natural phenomena by inducing your own synthetic phenomena.

I'll definitely look into the sleep isolation thing! I need it, i live in apartments so I often wake up to loud neighbors or landscapers outside. I used to make a potassium citrate, magnesium, and sea salt mix that I would drink regularly throughout the day, would it be similar to that in terms of benefits? As always I appreciate your reply!
 
SO my first EQ dip was 31, just like the pro basketball players. You see how their game just starts to flop after 30. You are coming into this a bit early but nothing to worry about.

I'll look into those posts for sure! Want to make sure I'm at 100% for my girth work, nothing I hate more than going to jelq or pump and you're just not able to get good expansion due to EQ

Yes. It replicates the electrolytes you're missing to combat stresses. Sea salt also has the missing micro nutrients regular rock/table salts don't have. Give the combos a try and see how your body reacts.

Some of this is a mental thing that maybe one or two you lack don't matter but when you start adding three and four shit hits the fan.

These are small things that have kept me well-rounded. Again, one or two no biggie, start putting more in and things start to add up

1. Cum cocktail, I have a post on that, nothing feels better than knowing you are packing a big load
2. Low stress, no stress. Do what the old timer do, say atleast 3 times a day , this is the best ever! best coffee, best drive, best water, best TV show, best movie, best song, best whatever, but live knowing today you had the best, keep doing that for the rest of your life

6. Workout, but ask yourself if you could workout something that gets you looking sexier, ask yourself or see videos by Courtney Ryan, what would make you better. Bigger glutes? thicker neck? Big Arms? those were the things that made me a stud and my wife has given me more knowing I'm sexier to her and what she likes. If I did what I think, I would have done chest, stomach, and calves ( those are not my partners top likes, that's what the gym guys wanted). If you feel like a stud EQ goes up!
