At what length does base girth become irrelavent?

Although it varies, the largest part of a guy's penis girth is at the base. Along with that the most sensitive areas of the vagina is only about the first 3 inches give or take. So I was curious at what penis length does having a large base girth become useless?

I think this is the question he wanted to ask. To answer it, anything passed 8 BPEL. To be more realistic, 7.5 inches is best if you want to go balls deep anytime.
