inexperienced woman for a few reasons:

-higher chance she is clean and std-free(not saying women who have had many partners are all contaminated), it just gives a peace of mind.
-i'm sexually inexperienced and her hole would expand as my penis continues to expand with PE.

If, for some ridiculous reason, I needed to find another girl it would be the inexperienced kind. Being large doesn't disqualify you from that. i think alot of it is gonna depend on your situation. the guy who wants to have loads of one night stands is not gonna do well with a massive unit. in a relationship though where you can build up to and the woman can stretch, it can definitely have its advantages
