Okay... so i ordered the LM3 today. Can I use a silisleev with this device? I saw there were beginner stretches I will dig into. Any recommendations for starting out as far as comfort goes or ease of use?
I recommend to use 2 pieces of THERABAND | BANDAGE | PENIS WRAPPING TAPE |

The reason for 2 pieces is to cover the entire penis with THERABAND.

I believe just using a sleeve will wear and tear in your skin to much, especially when you increase the amounts of bundles with time.

I have videos that show exactly how to think about it. The text to the videos are really important, becouse I do not talk in my videos.

Start by attaching direct behind your glans. It's also important to hold/push on your glans during the entire clamp down into the chamber. 100% flaccid is also important. Clamping down all the way is really important. I recommend to stay in the chamber for no more then ~13 minutes at a time.

I can share my program later if you want that.

Question about fluid build up/ retention. I started pumping about 2 mo. ago. I started at 5inhg. no problems with fluid build up. Then I found this group & added in bundled stretches & SSJ. I assumed I had progressed enough to increase pressure while pumping. I increased to 7in hg. This was when the fluid showed up. No biggie, followed advice here, took a few days off from PE and all fluid was gone. It did seem to create foreskin, that I never had before. (I'm cut) Back to my routine, and every time I pump, I get fluid. So,I took a 2 week hiatus over the holidays, from everything. Just started up again end of last week. I have slowed the Initial pump pressure to 2min, & max at 5in.hg. I've been doing the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) method. After my second session of pumping, since my break, I've had the worst amount of fluid yet. It did receed after 24hr. but...
This can't be good. any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated!!

Have you tried pumping with water?
Keeping your tiseue warm during your entire pumping session, is important to prevent fluid retention.

I have not tried with water. I'm usually fairly warm bodied anyway. might not be enough. Also read about pumping while wearing a condom... seems somewhat counter productive.

I have a Girth question , my thickest is at the base . I do SSJ , and wondering if the girth will eventually even out throughout the penis , or is the base always gonna be the thickest on some guys like me ? Seems like the base continues to thicken but the rest of the penis is slow girth growing .

Keep a heating fan in front of you. See if it gets any better. Be in a warm room.

Try doing bundled stretches before you do your girth sessions. In that way you will loosen up your Tunica albigunea, and it will be easier to force expansion later.

If you don't want to become longer, you just need to bundle your penis back and forth and loosen everything up. LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging is perfect for this job.

You can also use a pipe, a broomstick or Power Assist 2. Preferably do this in front of a heating fan, and in a warm room (~ 30°C/86°F).

I live at the North Pole and I usually go outside my igloo and do PE naked in the snow . Which could explain the shrinkage ........just joking , I'll try what you suggested . Thanks , 🙂 .......Oh yeah I saw your broomstick video . You should do the next one with a Nixon mask on .

So, pumped today. I had zero fluid build up. Unfortunately I made 2 changes to my routine, and in the name of science that causes problems, because I don't know which one was the cause.
First, I did no stretching this morning, before my pumping. I typically stretch every day, and pump every other day. Additionally, I warmed up with a hot towel prior to pumping. 🤷‍♂️ 🤷‍♂️ No fluid, so I will move on, and see how things progress.

I have a question about vacuum pumping. How frequently can I/should I do this? Are 2-3 short 5-10 minutes sessions a day better than one long 10-15 minute session? My inclination is frequency rather than duration or intensity. Any thoughts? Thanks!

SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory 5X5X3 once per day, or if you can manage it twice per day, should be enough to gain girth. It's important to do Slow Squash Jelq's (Abbreviation: SSJ) between being inside the pump.

How long after length work should I do girth work? How long should I wait? I’ve found the answer before but can’t find it now. Changing jobs and schedule so trying to plan out my daily routines. Just starting again…I’ve never made progress but I’m still here! Haha
