DLD was kind enough to give me a length routine and at same time kegel regimen as my main goal is to increase length and EQ for ED issues.
Just wanted to post DLD's recommendations here and see if you guys would add anything to it? I already have an ADS (Without weights) that I wear for 5-6 hrs/day for 4-5 days/week. I am wondering if I should add anything else e.g. compression hanger (with weights) or anything else? My work is very busy so I want to limit manual exercises. That's why LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging probably not ideal for me. The ADS I have can't be attached to shoulders so penis can't be stretched upwards. Should I go for stealthstretcher? Does it come with weights? Or go for compression hanger with weights? As I feel ADS alone without any weights hanging likely not that effective.

Bundled Stretching 10 minutes. Five to left five to right. We are doing this to pre-stretch your Tunica so you can take up more size.

: 25-Cranks
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds

100 quick Kegel squeezes
50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good
sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.
Put on a sleeve, ace wrap or whatever method you have available to keep yourself elongated while you heal after your length routine. Let me know what you plan to do.
Finish the day up with the Testicle health massage and stretch. This is so important to increasing your flaccid size and giving more length and heaviness to your flaccid penis and scrotum.
