As someone whos hung up to 30 lbs for 20 min at a times, my question is, is hanging necessary for length gains when you're an advanced PE'r?
I'm tired of hanging DLD, and im beginning to think it was pointless. you seem to have made gains consistently until you reached you goal, how did you continue to gain length once the newbie gains were over?
i'm a little worried ill never gain length again....
Iremember you said you did a little hanging but ditched it as it wasnt bringing the gains in... what did you do?
