5x5x3 and hardcore stretches only???

Hi brothers

I just wanted to ask if one cam achieve noticeable length gains from doing hardcore stretches only maybe 4 or 5 times a week? I know 5x5x3 will defo achieve gains over long period of time..but can only doing hardcore stretches help with length over say 6 months.

I'm still doing bundled broomstick stretches whenever I can.. just not as often as I should. Also sadly doing less reps but holding for longer. Atleast 1minute.

You will definitely gain but not at the same rate as if you included some manual stretches. Try to be more consistent with those bundled stretches.
 
I'm doing my best bossman but struggle with time..i tend to break it up throughout the day doing 1 set in all directions each time.

Also for any unknown reason to me.. i can't get myself 100% erect for girth work or erect stretching..

If I wake up with morning wood I try and stay awake to do as much stretching as I can lol

I don't have problems with achieving strong erections when sexually aroused with my wife.. just when on solo missions I struggle..

Do kegels regularly. It will help with blood flow to the penis to enable you get erect easily. Nowadays, I do reverse kegels a few times a day as well.

I've been doing a lot of kegels and it definitely shows with EQ during sexual activity..also that area between scrotum and anus is a lot bigger.

@DLD 5x5x3 girth work 3 times a week, is it good? enough to see girth gains?

I don't sleep in brother lol when I'm on early shift I'm up at 4am so that week I have time to stretch..then I'm on nights shift so bit of a struggle but I try to get stretching after I wake up around 2 3pm..depends if I have busy day ahead or not. When I'm on afternoon shift I finish work at 10pm and go to bed around 11:30. Wake 6:30am to get 3kids sorted for school.. I'm all over the place but still trying to stretch atleast 4-5 days a week.

Ok, I perfectly understand then brother, wishing you gains on your PE journey and best of luck with everything else you have to juggle.

How hard are you stretching?
 
I'm definitely making gains..flaccid is bigger, length and girth..and erect girth has increased..not measured but feels a little bigger in my hand.. erect length still needs some work but time will tell.

I'm stretching quite hard. I only do bundled stretches except the AStretch around my wrist..for this I can't pull better without bundling.

I even tried wrapping up and squeezing 2 pieces of pvc tubing top and bottom of my penis to create a makeshift length master..I managed to pull quite hard straight out and straight down..

It's only been a month or so..Will continue to as much as I can for next 6months atleast.
