Wrapping and turtling

Hey all,

First time posting on MoS - but first PEing about 15 yrs ago on and off with small gains. Now it’s time to take it seriously (finally have the opportunity) and am starting with the initial manual version of SRT. I’m probably not able to train with equipment (including a BathMate I already have) for a few months still though.

I’ve started wrapping, but some meds I’m on cause really severe turtling when they kick in that can last a few hours or all day (also making it difficult to tell if the body is pushing back on training). When this happens the glans will either succeed in shrinking back into the wrap, or rub on the wrap as it tries to, causing irritation and pain (especially when sitting down).

Has anyone come up against this before and found something that works? Main objective seems to be keeping the glans from rubbing on the wrap…

No. Only at the locations where you need traction. ONLY and ONLY if you need to wrap the entire penile shaft for comfort, such as to prevent chaffing because of the other wrapping tape or materials, then use the entire penile shaft length. Otherwise, only at the locations where you need to create traction.

I saw the wrapping video and it only shows folding it a few times at an inch width and putting it just behind the head and then use an ace wrap on the rest of the shaft!! I’m pretty sure you told me this. My technique is pretty good, there’s still good blood flow but there is a slight draw back…..it’s not full traction though but I can pee good and never gets uncomfortable. Am I losing gains by not having absolute full traction though???

Can you explain the step by step healing process? I understand hurtling but I just want to know exactly what is happening during healing. Sometimes it’s hard flaccid and turtles. Healing is critical in gains and I wat to gauge when I can exercise again and how long I should wait. Thanks
For me, the healing process has always been massage with a light oil and then I would wrap for the rest of the day. But as I was wrapping, every time I took a break, I would make sure it's tighter, hang not loose. I would usually go for 2 hours and then take a break, then I would go for another session of two hours and then I would take a break and so on and so forth.

Full traction is best for gains, rather than a comfortable wrap with maybe 80-90% traction with good blood flow and easy urination? When I go full traction, the wrap is too tight and I don’t have good blood flow! But I have worn a sleeve, but that’s kind of difficult to have in my line of work.

Personally, I think it's a bit more comfortable to remove the wrapping completely when urinating. I had the wrapping on one time, and it was kinda painful peeing, so it's definitely an experience I don't want to feel again, but this is just my urination preference lol.

That’s just it, for full traction you have to wrap it really tight and then you can’t piss. And the tip gets cold and you don’t have a lot of blood flow so I have a comfortable wrap where there is a slight pull back a.k.a. turtle but there’s good blood flow and I can piss through it.

I mean, how long does a wrap take, a couple of minutes? So when you go to the bathroom, remove the wrap pee and put it back together again. This is not only smart in this way, it's also smart, because you're going to lose some traction, as you're wearing it, and you'll, you need to tighten up that wrap every few hours to make sure you're getting the best stretch possible.

DLD, how do you wrap it tight enough to have full traction and have good blood flow every time I wrap it with full traction it’s too tight and then the tip gets cold and I don’t have good blood flow so doesn’t that defeat the purpose of healing because you need blood flow for healing?

When you are on the run and only age 5 minutes to take a poop rest, you got to be quick. But if you have to take it off and put it on every 2 to 3 hours, and spend up to 5 minutes in the toilet each time, your work can get quite suspicious of you. Been there. They thought I had a leaky issue withu butt during a year of SS2 usage.

It's not how much I tighten more than keeping elongation not to turtle your penis. So I guess I tighten just enough to keep my penis extended.

You have to find a spot at your job where you can hide from someone without them knowing you're gone. Or make some shit up like I am on a new medication, and it makes me have to go to the bathroom, every hour.

Oh, I can formulate the DIY solution to make me need to "disappear" every hour. But my gut and anal won't be smile at me in a friendly way.

It sucks getting a blister on the bottom base. Found a good way to wrap with full traction and I developed a blister. When you have a blister down there, you can’t wrap your penis because it will never heal and it just gets worse so you have to shorten up the wrap and just deal with it while it dries out and heals but you lose your traction and it looks like you’re losing gains And I feel like your penis turtles more when there’s the slightest injury because it’s in protection mode. Can’t do ball and lig stretch either cause it tears at the blister. But it’s just about fully healed and you can see it doesn’t turtle like that anymore and you see the gains again. Injuries can mess with your head so anyone who can relate to blisters. Stay with it. Thanks to you gurus for helping me understand this journey better. It does work 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻

Blisters are one of the biggest pains in the ass. We just need to find out how we got them. There must be some particular reason people get blisters. I never had one until recently. Where it's at my bass, above the fat pad. What I will be doing is hot wraps 3x a day. Then you want to do deep tissue massage. Never ever pop the blister with the method I gave above.It won't pop on its own. Popping, a blister, it can cause nightmares over the skin. I know so many are so determined to get rid of the blister they will do things like this. It's better to wait a week or two, then to pop it in one day. Take it easy and slow and allow it to heal on its own.

I’ve realized it’s not a blister but a rubbing burn from my wrapping. Keeps happening at the bottom base. Sucks

What are your plans to do about this? It sounds painful 😒 ì feel for you. How are you wrapping? I mean, exactly the material how tight etc. We will just have to find you a different way for you to wrap

It’s an ace bandage wrap. It’s soft and best material I have found. I just take the wrap off and let air get to it. It heals quickly. I have it wrapped all day. I think it happens when I’m at work moving around a lot.

I'm so happy you found the wrap that working for you. Not everybody wraps the same as other people. So when you find that sweet spot, it feels like so much success!

It sucks because I have to wrap it a little further up so the burn can air out and heal, so I’m not at full traction, which is frustrating because I finally find a good wrap at full traction and I know that that is the key to growth, but injuries are Have a worse impact on growth because I feel the penis just stays in a turtle state because it’s healing as well as healing from the exercises.

Take your time and you will get there. Perfecting wrapping can sometimes take a little while but I feel like you're on the right course.You just need to make some minor adjustments to see what works best.

How come when I’m erect, it’s not as long as when im wrapped in full traction? Shouldn’t full traction be your size or slightly under because increased blood??

It's about flexibility of engaged versus non-engaged tissues. It's not correct to compare soft tissues only to mix of hard and soft tissues areas, like the belly, face, chest, and butt, but the explanation has a fundamental similarity. Let's take your arm's biceps, triceps, and the skin flap that covers your triceps. If you are not toned, you'll have a bit of a nice flap below your arm. Try pulling that. It stretches pretty far down. Think of it as your penis during flaccid state.

Now, engage your biceps and triceps by making the biggest muscleman pose you can. That flexibility of your skin flap is greatly reduced. Think of that as your penis during erection state, where the blood chambers are filled up, engaging every supporting ligament to support your penis from accidental damage. There's no longer a stretchability or malleability to make it larger and longer because they are fully occupied with a supporting task. When tissues and ligaments are engaged, they have to be tougher, harder, and stronger to prevent the penis from collapsing upon itself during penetration. So, to make themselves stronger, they have to pull together tighter and closer, something like from gently holding hands to locking tightly with arms around arms at the elbow. Length is lost in a small percentile, and even girth. A penis can't relax too much since it can "explode" if the tissues are not reinforcing the higher volume.

Because you're wrapping to your greatest length will always be longer then erect length. This is totally normal.And this gives you a snapshot into the gains of the future.

Depending on what you are chasing after. Erection stretches help with girth expansion and keep the ligaments from shrinking while erecting. Think of it as an extra burden for expansion. Erection stretches by trapping the blood in the penis, while being erected and stretch, push the girth expansion further while maintaining the erection length at 100%. Sometimes, length tends to drop when girth goes past 100%.

If you're doing erect stretches for length, it does help to push the length further. There's a different between flaccid stretching to go past 110% penile length. When the penis is erected, it may only be around 90% of its flaccid stretchable length. Erect stretches forces the tissues to stress and push to 100% of the stretchable flaccid length.

I’m looking for length not girth. So erect stretches are good for this?

How much affect do you think alcohol has on growth??

Alcohol has its role in our body. The question should be geared to "How much alcohol affects on growth?"

Small amount where each individual's body can metabolize can aid in digestion, hormonal creation and delivery, health sustainability, and various other biological tasks that normally don't work well without the alcohol introduction. For me, an example is fermentation foods. I love them. They help me tremendously. I drink wines, beers, and homebrew of various types to boost my gut flora for health benefits.

But then, there are those who overkill with the amount of consumed alcohol. This is where things get muddy and go to the very bad problem. It can be as little as 10mL or as much as 10L of alcohol that can effect your overall PE. It all depends on the body's abiltiy to process the alcohol properly, and the concentration of the alcohol. I can tell you, old timers that have been drinking moonshine and 140 proof alcohol since they were in their teens, without any health issues as of today, can drink barrels of alcohol of all types and still have no issues with their biological functions. Me, one bottle of moonshine later, I'll be stripping naked on top of the Eiffel Tower, singing L Hymne a L'mour.
