anti-turtling

I’ve been having an ice bath everyday for about a week for the health benefits and feel amazing since doing it. Is this something that will slow down my pe results? I know it makes me turtle but im only in the ice bath for 5 minutes. Any thought or advice would be appreciated, cheers
