working out and pe

Do you guys think it would be smarter to run and lift weights before or after peing(for both length and girth). I know it would be better to space to two out, do one in the morning one at night, but my scheduel never really allows to do it like that. I'm thinking it would be better to workout before peing because it would get the blood flowing. What you think?
 
i usually do stretches before wieght lifting workout, stretch a little between sets of whatever. then stretch a little more afterwards, and then eat n sit around and do my girth work than usually a warm down shower or whatever. it gets the job done and is time efficient. and i was wondering the same thing weather it effected anything, but right or wrong the difference would probably be marginal anyways, so just do what u want basically. consistency is key, as long as it gets done at some point everyday, i consider that day a success.
