I've been PE'ing for 11 months now on and off, gained 0.7 inches on phase 1 the newbie routine. i've just started phase 2 and i wanted to include bundled stretches with it. I want to gain like 2 more inches. Will my penis toughen up making it harder to gain if i incorporate advanced stretches (bundled) early on

Unless you hang/stretch at 10 - 20kg, it will not toughen up.
Just don't go ham on your cock, slow and steady pace and work you way up.

Thanks and also i find that when doing the bundled s2s, i dont feel the intensity. I only feel the intensity when doing forward, up ,down. What does your bundled routine look like?
 
With the advent of bundle stretching limits,within reason, do not really exist any longer. If anything toughens bundled stretching will deal with it.
 
I think it's best to exhaust all the potentials in the basic exercises before proceeding to the advance ones like the mandingo stretch, dld blasters and expressive stretching.
