will a week off ruin all the work ive done?

hey everyone.

been training for roughly just under 2 months. had just under a week of no pe last week. this was because i just didnt have the privacy and not due to lazyness

will this/how will this affect the work ive already done?

im doing the newbie rountine, what gains should i have made by now?
 
you'll be fine. just get back to it. breaks are good every now and then. and gains are different for everybody. there's no set standard for what you should've gotten
 
2 years has not hurt me...you will be fine. Some guys, when they come back, see newbie gains again so it may be a good thing.
