Bro I love wearing my ace wrap in public.. and I will admit mines is MUCH more than a bulge.. it’s an amplified print!! So my point is maybe u should try capitalizing on the attention you are getting.. if nothing else u will be getting out of your comfort zone and having extended convo with beautiful women whom u maybe would not have spoken to before. Nothing to lose. Everything to gain... there is always an opportunity to work on something.. in my case Im not rushing into sex but with the little gains I’ve made I’ve also built more confidence.. so im not shying away from it either(I have before). As far as the gym, yes I go everyday and I wrap anyway so why not wrap in the gym? If I can’t wear an ads then I’m wrapped! There is literally NO time that I’m not doing some form of P.E. (Except when sleep)
I’m on the same path as you though brother! It’s all about my goals.. at the same time I still want to socialize with girls and pick up new ones if the energy is there.. I’m not “chasing” them, I’m just capitalizing on the attention.. anything less would leave me with feelings of inadequacy bc I wouldn’t be able to justify if I was just “afraid”, or if I truly didn’t want to talk to them.. most of the time it’s fear based, and I don’t like that! So this is how I work on me, staying social, speaking to people more, just being overall in a happier state bc if not then I’m hyper focusing/ obsessing over P.E. And for most of my P.E. Journey I have been obsessed.. it can help but me personally, I needed to find balance u know? Sticking to a routine and practicing patience is helping me rn..

Kinda similar as I'm wrapping. But I pull one winding behind the balls to prevent slippage. But I do not think I wind as hard, as you are describing it.Sorry I’ve been out of the house all day so I couldn’t upload pics but I will this weekend! I pretty much wrap it tight enough so that the blood swells in my glands. Start from the bottom of the shaft and work your way up but not too tight underneath the glands or it will cut off circulation.. it should be tightest at base.. this takes time and repetition to get the “feel”.. when I first started I wasn’t able to leave the wrap on for an hour w/o excruciating pain..then my penis adapted as usual.. I now wrap then add a silicone sleeve over the wrap for extra compression and squeeze.. after about 6 hours I have to come out.. and of course to pee.. and I didn’t make any gains with LM yet.. all my gains are from a cheap noose extender.. tedious torture I know LOL.. but extenders work.. anyway I’m using the wrap that came with the LM..
I usually only can get 1 -2 x 20 min sessions a day! It sucks bc I feel like I should be doing more but honestly it gets painful.. the LM has so much force! I only do downward bundles btw.. oh and my silistretcher just came in., I ordered the bell a lil too big but I’m using a glans protector so I’ll adjust! I’m still getting used to it but the suction is impeccable! Now I just have to “put it all together”. Anyway I find that if I wrap around my sack it helps keep an erection.. I actually pull all my scrotum down and out of the ace wrap, therefore my penis will drop down as opposed to off to the side.. I find this to be pivotal for me. The further away from the base the better(about an inch) bc when I don’t my balls run up into my pelvic area.. that’s not too bad when I have privacy but I’m speaking specifically for public use, preferably the gym.
