White dots on penis shaft how do you get rid of it?!?!

So I have a lot of white dots on my penis shaft and it really kills me confidence to show my penis when the light is on. I've been to the doctor and they said its completely harmless and I shouldn't worry about it.

But it really bothers me I just want smooth penis skin like everyone else it feels like I have acne on my penis and I cant do anything about it. The visibility of the white dots vary from day to day sometimes u can barely see them and sometimes they really stick out and it looks gross. I was wondering if anyone here have gotten rid of them if they had them in the first place.

I read something about a cream called Renova that helped some people but it was a topic from like 2005 and the price of renova in my country is 60 dollars dont wanna waste that much money on something if i dont know sure if its gonna work.

I'm pretty sure I have the same as what you described, it used to bother me a lot, but some guys have smooth dicks and some guys have small bumps all over their dicks. I have them on the underside of my penis. Just google PPP and be glad you don't have that.

I have a light case of PPP but that doesn't bother me at all. Don't you want to get rid of the small bumps on your dick? The girl can feel all the dots if she blows you I don't think it's a comfortable feeling. It's like having acne on your penis and you can't do anything about it lol. I did notice the dots would be less visible when/after a pumping session because the skin plumps ups and you get thicker skin I think? So nobody has had experience with solving this problem or using renova on this forum?

Believe you have what is called fordyce spots. Supposedly, pretty much every male has them in some form. I have them and hate them.

It is a stronger form of toothpaste. A brand name is Rembrandt but there are generics.

The thing with PPP (Pearly Penile Papules) is that they have a purpose. The purpose is to lubricate the glans, and they also provide with sexual stimulation. Some men want to get rid of them for their looks. I'm not one of them. I'm keeping mine.
