The pumps i couldn't really advise on, i only have experience of use with water pumps/bathmate, if i had to pick one I'd probably get the hybrid pump as it has the handball to increase pressure with, the other ones look really cheap to me, just my 2 cents worth.

Just a thought, do you guys have pre-paid visa/mastercards in your country? That could be a way around using your own personal bank details/card for purchasing. Over here you can buy them just about anywhere, petrol stations, supermarkets etc. You buy the card for a couple of dollars and choose how much you want to put on the card, pay the cashier the money and they load it onto the card and your set, no name or anything, just a disposable debit card you can use til the money runs out & then you dispose of it.

i have tried this aswell.....its called virtual card....but it is not accepting......there is some strictness by government regarding payments.
