The circumference of the 11 is almost 7 inches and girth so he would need to be very close to these measurements to have that pump work for you. If not you would need to use a wine vacuum modification or by the model with the handball. Any negative space would need to be taken up by water.

When I chose the pump because it can control the pressure of the extra hand wheel to control this pressure, my idea is to hit two birds in a stone that takes advantage of the ocean and length at the same time
