Whats your routine? 3 on 1 off,5 on 2 off? It should be ok last year i rested for 1 month when on holidays i did stretch a little in the shower but nothing major and gained 1 cm in EL.

No, if a day is missed it is simply missed, return to your normal routine as if the routine happened. Take it also as a rest day. Sometimes the mind will subconsciously push us into a missed session as it is looking for rest and healing.

No matter how consistent you are with your training, there will always be days where you are too busy to train. Feel free to take that day off. 3 to 4 off days in a month is not a bad idea.
Just make sure you don't take more than 4 off days in a month because off days can easily transform into holidays.
