When did you guys stop with the Newbie routine?

4-6 months. I never actually stopped until maybe 9 months. I incorporated some of phase 2 and 3 in the later months. Now my routine is the exercises I like most.
 
6 Months for me, started what is Phase 2 after that.
 
i think i stopped after four months...the 1st time...but i always go back to it after long breaks...i think it is best to stick with it for atleast 3 months...maybe adding extrea session or more time...but keeping the same routine for a while

What were your gains in that time if you don't mind me asking?
