Whats this a sign of......

Hey guys,yesterday I had a intense workout on girth.Today I was doing girth workout and couldnt get fully hard.Is that a sign of overworked or just a really good workout from day before.Thanks.
 
Could be both, nothing that I would worry about. If you feel like it take a day off until you get hard again, if not just do about half of what you normally do. You should be fine. Id ease back the intensity just a SLIGHT bit for your regular routine, and see how that goes.
