Those look pretty superficial, give your boyz a few days-rest and I'm certain those blisters will subside, (but I'm no doctor)

Try and see if you can contact a doctor about this problem just in case. I've never seen this before but I'm aware those little ball fluids called vesicles probably due to the high pressure during your routine. Give it a rest to heal.

First and foremost I hope you never repeat this practice again. Next, the blisters are very superficial and will heal on their own. DO NOT pop them, allow them to heal on their own. You can use a hot compress a couple times a day to help along the process. Within a week they will drain on their own. Once they have opened I suggest you apply Bacitracin to avoid scaring and to help heal faster.

Ball pumping seems so crazy to me and dangerous. The jewels are delicate I barely even let girls touch em let alone put em in a pump.
