What's a good short work out for when your at a friends house.

Something that i can do that's quick, and effective. Normally I do the newbie workout. But I can't do that at a friends because it takes to long. I can't just sitt in the bathroom for a hour and do my work outs, I need something in replacement of that for those days.
 
Tell him you have an upset stomach and sneak away into the bathroom for a quick 10 minute session, a few hours later use the same excuse. No one wants to walk in on a man that is taking a dump:)
 
lol true Dld. Or just break your workout out to 15 or 20 mins and spread it out during the day. Or wait until your friend goes to bed at night and use the bathroom then. I have had to do that before. Worked out pretty well.
 
Id say do your session in the morning at home, so you don't have to deal with that shit....

Like going to the gym, its best having a set time, otherwise your schedule is thrown off.

This would seem normal if he was copping to the stomach problems excuse. So sneaky.
