What to wear whilst meditating and working out?

What would be best to wear, whilst working out, I like to be in the 'zone' and not distracted by pinches from my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], the same with meditating, I cant rely clear my mind when my dicks being pulled

nothing, you don't need the distraction, focus on your work out or meditation. Before I lost my Circle Device (ADS), I would wear it to the gym, remove it during the Gym, and wear it when leaving the gym. You're not missing out on anything...
