Length is 3 times more important to me then girth. Once I got my 8, then I'll go after the girth. Funny thing is, I have been gaining girth with no girth work outs.

For length? I found the Pulse 110's helped a lot.. but I haven't done length specifically for months, it's just grown naturally from Supra Slammers and clamped work.channel7 said:What exercises were you performing? Good job by the way.

This is why I suggest kegels as being a wonderful way to secure girth. As far as the exercise you want to used to get there, there is the 5x5x3. This is part of the SRT program and takes a little over a half hour to do.Girth is needed to cause the vaginal canal to tighten up, increasing the amount of pleasure for both, while length is needed to hit all three zones to maximize the pleasure. Can't have one without the other.
