Question is the 50g gnc stuff whey protein? I can't find anything on that...
AncientChina said:Last time I went the 50g was $31 dollars and I think it was 6 dollar off day, I just went for the 20g stuff that was $20 bucks but I really want to move up to the 50g now, despite the price. I am having a hard time finding a great alternatives whey protein drink at www.bodybuilding.com, that matches the GNC one, if anyone does can they please post the link.

You have to stack this with something else like creatine for instance to get it's real benefits. Protein is best in my opinion mainly because I break out from creatine, but really NO2 is about as good as it gets in terms of giving results. You just have to do what the book you get with it says.
