What does tunica soreness feel like?

Hello,

I just wanted to ask those of you that hang or do intense stretching how tunica soreness feels like. My LOT leads me to do upward stretches (also where I only feel internal stretching). I appreciate all the help.
 
I get tunica soreness from girthwork too ;)

It feels like a mild "itchy" soreness when I press on or squeeze the shaft of my penis.
