I read about following exercise:
Get your penis in an erect state and push it down so that it is parallel to the floor. Use the PC exercise to push blood into your penis and hold it for 10 seconds. Your penis will try to get up, but don't allow this to happen. This exercise will make the tendon in your penis more elastic.
Is this a good exercise. I'm asking since my penis is pretty hard and is very upright in an erect position. It almost hurts to bring it down to a position parallel to the floor. Just want to make sure that this exercise is advisable.
