hi guys i just want your advise on somthing that happend to me, i was holding the base of my penis and sqeezing the tip of my penis on and off and i looked down and there was a drop of blood on the floor i dont no what happend but right near where i was gripping the base of my penis had split open i didnt evan feel it its a small split its all healed up now but ive got a small lump where it happend its a bit sore if i touch it and im not sure what it could be unlees its an in grown hair? or somthing so if you guys could give me your thorts on this that would be a great help thanks

If the blood came from the cut you can probably just count it as a flesh wound that'll heal, however, if it came from the end of your penis i'd get it checked out but it seems it's just a flesh wound.

I'd let the skin heal before doing and stretching to stop further damage to the laceration.

It does happen at times but it is not a terrible thing as it might appear. Understand that when you are using such intense pressure, in a small space (like the penis) at times a tear can happen. It is always a minor nick that produces slight bleeding and it will resolve itself without ill effects.
